We are an 18-year-old accredited school with over 3,000 alums. Come visit our modern campus in Las Vegas. Beware of “schools” that are little more than websites. Look through the eyes of our students what an action-packed TISOH semester is like, from site visits to guest speakers, and networking mixers to externships, there is much to experience.

Alumni Support That Begins at Graduation
Perhaps the most valuable aspect of a TISOH credential is your access to career-long support from our extensive industry alumni community. When you start a career, the scariest thing is not being prepared and not knowing anyone. We solve both these problems for you. When you go to association meetings, or networking events, you will see friendly fellow alums, and industry supporters. Later, if you move to a new city, we have resources that can help you get settled. As Lenny says in the video below, don’t worry, we have got your back from now on.

For our online alums, we created a web portal to host all the resources, tips, advice, event and mixer notifications, and community information. Check back frequently to see what events are upcoming, such as TISOH Dine Outs (dinners with alums where we try different cuisines), TISOH Hangouts (happy hour socials with industry friends), TISOH Cares (charitable drives and activities), TISOH Webinar Series (industry luminaries share their expertise), and TISOH Events (full production networking mixers with entertainment). If you are graduating, you will be invited to a private reception for you and a guest at Neiman Marcus Mariposa Event Space.
We Will Help You Start Your Career the Right Way
At TISOH, we are hyper focused on your career outcomes. While a university’s goal is to get you to course completion, we are more interested in what happens after. We know that coming to TISOH is commitment of time and resources so we will help you make the most of it. Our career assistance happens during and after your program. We help you build your resume; we provide a professional headshot in our studio and help you set up or refine your LinkedIn profile. Additionally, we provide interview coaching. Diploma students are required to take Professional Presence in Hospitality (PPH), a full course on communications to help them ace every interview situation. Finally, Diploma students receive extensive vocational placement assistance. We are proud to career place over 85% of our Diploma graduates.
