Recommended: Hotel Operations (HOC) certificate
This 3-month continuing education program offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers all essential skills of front desk associates and housekeeping supervisors. Available as a classroom course or entirely online (with optional hybrid elements), students will learn from industry professional instructors such as Ken Cho (Director of Operations for TI Resort Las Vegas). Students will develop a sophisticated understanding of how guest-facing and behind-the-scenes operations work individually, and together, to create satisfying guest experiences. Learn how to work the front desk, revise housekeeping staff plans, and consult with HR and Food and Beverage, all before lunch. An HOC certificate from TISOH shows that they have the knowledge and skills needed to be a master multi-tasker and an essential asset to your organization. With this credential that signals initiative and intent to management, doors to advancement will naturally open much faster.
Note: HOC students can opt to transfer into the Diploma in Hospitality Operations (DHO) if they decide that they need additional subject training. The 90% of tuition and 100% of credits would transfer in.

This 11-month vocational program is our most comprehensive program offering and includes six courses + an externship experience. Designed to be taken consecutively, students will take two courses per 3-month semester, with the externship added to the final semester. The program can be taken in classroom or online, or a combination of both. Learn functional and business skills from real industry professional instructors. This program enjoys an 85%+ placement rate for graduates. The included courses are as follows:

- Hospitality Supervision (HSO)
- Hospitality Today (HTD)
- Professional Presence in Hospitality (PPH)
